The New Album Is Taking Shape

As of the weekend, the new LG album is begining to take shape. Currenlty the album has 13 tracks with (of course) some filler tracks for some additional entertainment.

and we are number 7 on the Featured Hip-Hop Artists

If this continue like this, then we just might have a party.

Barack The Vote!

As a East Coast hip-hop/prog-hop band with a political band name, we were never very politically active with our music or our message. Not on purpose but just because we never really strongly believed in anything political. This year happens to be different. We are Barack Obama supports, we have donated money to his campaign and on November 4th we are throwing a party entitled “Baracktoberfest”. We are also traveling across New Jersey and Penn. to spread the word about Barack and doing our part to support him. In October we will be releasing a remixed song titled Nation (The Barack Remix) in support of the campaign. Continue reading »

Studio Update 8/27/08

We are still on track for a December release. So far this album is shaping up to be not only the best LG album to date, but probably one of the most influential hip-hop albums of the decade. We have created over 20 beats and about 7 hook lines and so far they are some of the catchiest songs you will ever hear. Starting in October we will be releasing some lost tracks and some new tracks off our album so be sure to keep your eyes out.

3 More Beats!!!

Things are running smoothly for LG. We are still planning a release for the winter time. We do have to note that this album is shaping up to be the most light-hearted and musically creative. Only a few lyrics have been written for the album, but if you have any suggestions please let us know.

LG Ranks 59th On Fuzz.com This Week

Up From last week, Liberty Gigoloz gets ranked at 59th on Fuzz.com. That’s like 2nd place in multiples of  30. So are glad to rank so high on such a prestigious website. We are hoping to now achieve the same ranking on Billboard for our new album. Keep your fingers crossed.
